This webinar is geared toward summer program teachers, staff, and administrators and discuss all of the tools needed to “fine tune your engine.” Research tells us that summer program quality is highly dependent upon smooth operations. This tune up would cover family outreach and engagement, PD, setting the tone for the first day, ensuring smooth scheduling and transitions, engaging in rapid cycle continuous improvement throughout the summer, and assessing the impact as the program ends. The goal is to improve the quality and experience for students, teachers and families.
