This year’s theme is Thriving Together: Building Community, Strengthening Futures. In times of uncertainty, strong partnerships matter more than ever. Call for Proposals
This year, we invite you to submit proposals for interactive, engaging, and evidence-based virtual workshops, mini TED-style talks, and digital posters designed to inspire and inform participants. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities
Be a champion for Kentucky youth, and position your organization at the forefront of Kentucky’s afterschool movement. As a sponsor or exhibitor, you’ll connect directly with afterschool professionals, educators, and leaders. Showcase your brand, expand your reach, and demonstrate your commitment to the 78,000+ children and youth served by afterschool, summer learning, and other types of out of school programs across Kentucky.
Professional Development Assistance Awards
We’re offering a limited number of Professional Development Assistance Awards to help offset the cost of Summit registration for individuals working in Kentucky’s out-of-school time (OST) field. These awards are designed to support participation by individuals for whom cost may be a barrier.
In 2024, more than 350 afterschool professionals, educators, and leaders from Kentucky and beyond participated.
