Supporting Out-of-School Time with American Rescue Plan Funds

The American Rescue Plan Act designates billions of dollars to help students across the country recover and accelerate learning through the ESSER III set-asides. We’ll discuss how local programs can access and leverage ESSER III funds to:

1. Address learning loss
2. Operationalize better practices
3. Spend the money over at least 36 months.

We’ll start with a presentation from Kylie Wheeler of the Children’s Funding Project and hear from organizations who are implementing high-quality out-of-school time programs in Dallas and Philadelphia — then we’ll open up the conversation to questions from you!
