Lend your voice to continue to raise awareness about the effects of the pandemic on your afterschool and summer learning programs.
Afterschool and summer programs continue to face numerous challenges posed by the pandemic, and policymakers need to know the ways in which COVID-19 continues to impact your program and the kids and families you serve. By taking the Afterschool Alliance’s short survey, you are lifting up challenges programs face as the pandemic continues, and more importantly, your answers will raise awareness of the short- and long-term effects of COVID-19 on the afterschool field, both nationwide and across Kentucky.

This is the fourth wave of the Afterschool Alliance’s Afterschool in the Time of COVID-19 tracking survey. National-level findings from previous waves have already been shared with federal policymakers and featured in publications such as Education Week and Youth Today. State-level results for Kentucky from the second wave of this survey are now available on our new research hub, Kentucky After 3PM.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous.
The survey will close at 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sunday, March 14th.
If the Afterschool Alliance receives at least 30 responses from persons representing afterschool and summer learning programs in Kentucky, they will make available Kentucky-specific results. Being able to quantify these issues for policymakers at the state-level is key to ensuring your needs are met and also helps us work towards our long-term goal of closing gaps in access for children and families across the Commonwealth.
